Andre De Jesus
With over 15 years of experience in construction, property development and project delivery, I founded ACB with a clear vision to create a construction company homeowners can trust to deliver exceptional workmanship, honest advice and an outstanding client experience.
Throughout my career, I have worked across every stage of the construction process, from planning and procurement through to project delivery and completion. This experience has given me a strong understanding of budgeting, programme management, quality control and the importance of clear communication.
As Managing Director, I oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of ACB, remaining actively involved in projects from initial consultation through to completion. I work closely with clients, architects, consultants and site teams to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
I understand that extending, renovating or building a home is a significant investment. That responsibility shapes how we approach every project, with transparency, organisation and attention to detail at the heart of everything we do.
I’m proud to lead a team that shares these values, delivering well-managed projects, exceptional craftsmanship and homes our clients and their families can enjoy and be proud of for years to come.
Jack Judge
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I have progressed from a carpentry apprenticeship through site management and project management roles to become an experienced Operations Manager delivering complex projects across the residential, commercial, refurbishment, and mixed-use sectors.
Having gained valuable experience within a Tier 1 contractor before moving into freelance construction management, I have successfully led projects with values of up to £10 million, taking responsibility for programme delivery, commercial performance, client liaison, quality assurance, health and safety, and overall project execution.
My practical trade background, combined with senior management experience and professional qualifications including Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), an NVQ Level 7 in Construction Senior Management, and an HND in Construction, allows me to bring a balanced and pragmatic approach to every project. I am committed to delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards while building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
This combination of hands-on construction knowledge, technical expertise, and leadership experience enables me to successfully manage projects from initial planning and procurement through to completion and handover, ensuring successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
Abby Powell
With 10 years of experience in construction administration, Abby brings a wealth of knowledge, organisation and professionalism to the ACB team. Having spent her career supporting construction businesses and directors, she plays a vital role in ensuring our projects and day-to-day operations run efficiently from start to finish.
Abby has extensive experience managing office operations, coordinating project administration, supporting procurement, processing accounts and payroll, and managing suppliers. She maintains the high level of organisation required to deliver successful construction projects. Her attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities ensure both our clients and project teams receive the support they need throughout every stage of a build.
As Office & Operations Manager, Abby is often the first point of contact for our clients. She oversees the administrative side of every project, helping to coordinate appointments, documentation, communication and day-to-day office operations. Her calm, approachable manner and commitment to exceptional customer service help create a seamless experience from the initial enquiry through to project completion.
Working closely with our directors, site teams, suppliers and subcontractors, Abby ensures everything behind the scenes operates smoothly, allowing our construction teams to focus on delivering exceptional workmanship. Her extensive experience, reliability and meticulous attention to detail make her an invaluable member of ACB, helping us maintain the high standards of professionalism, organisation and client care that our reputation is built upon.
Gabriele Chraptaviciute
With over 4 years of experience in construction administration and project coordination, Gabriele plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects across ACB. Her organised and proactive approach helps ensure every project is managed efficiently, with clear communication and meticulous attention to detail from start to finish.
Throughout her career, Gabriele has developed extensive experience coordinating project documentation, scheduling works, liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and site teams, and ensuring that project information is managed accurately and efficiently. Her ability to keep multiple work-streams organised helps maintain smooth project delivery and supports the high standards our clients expect.
At ACB, Gabriele works closely with our project managers and operational teams, providing essential administrative support that keeps projects running seamlessly behind the scenes. From managing documentation and coordinating schedules to assisting with project reporting and client communication, she helps ensure every stage of the construction process is well organised and professionally managed.
Known for her reliability, professionalism and positive attitude, Gabriele takes pride in building strong working relationships with both colleagues and clients. Her commitment to organisation, efficiency and exceptional service makes her an integral member of the ACB team, helping us deliver a professional experience and successful outcomes on every project.
Colin Sumison
With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, Colin brings a wealth of practical knowledge, technical expertise and project management experience to ACB Construction. A time-served carpenter by trade, Colin has spent much of his career working both on the tools and in management, giving him a strong understanding of construction from the ground up. Before joining ACB Construction nearly two years ago, Colin successfully ran his own construction business, delivering domestic extensions, loft conversions and new-build projects across Essex, London and the surrounding Home Counties.
Since joining ACB, Colin has become one of ACB Construction’s key foremen, taking responsibility for multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring they are delivered to the high standards expected by both our clients and management team. His experience allows him to oversee projects from a practical and commercial perspective, coordinating trades, managing programmes and dealing with the day-to-day challenges that come with complex construction projects.
Colin currently oversees up to three live projects at any one time, covering everything from domestic extensions and loft conversions through to more specialised client requirements, including HMO developments and the conversion of existing dwellings into HMOs. His combination of extensive hands-on experience, business ownership and project management makes him a valuable part of the ACB Construction team, with a particular focus on maintaining quality, organisation and progress throughout every stage of a project.
Luis Miguel Castro Viveiros
Miguel brings nearly a decade of construction experience to ACB Construction, having originally worked with the business in its earlier form almost ten years ago. Over the years, he has developed extensive experience as a finishing foreman, managing and coordinating multiple finishing trades and ensuring projects reach the high standards required during the final stages of construction. His background has given him a strong understanding of site coordination, workmanship and the importance of bringing multiple trades together to achieve a quality finished product.
Miguel has now returned to ACB Construction in a new capacity as a Trainee Foreman, working closely alongside our management team to broaden his experience beyond finishing and develop his skills across the full construction process. The role is designed to build on the considerable experience he already has, giving him greater exposure to project planning, coordination, sequencing, subcontractor management and the wider responsibilities involved in running a project.
Working alongside the ACB management team, Miguel is developing the knowledge and experience required to take projects from conception through to completion. His long-term progression will see him take responsibility for a wider range of projects, including domestic extensions, loft conversions and HMO developments, combining his strong finishing background with a broader understanding of project management and site delivery.
